Return & Refund Policy

At Aestle, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (natural Ayurvedic digestive blends), we have a strict policy.

Return Policy
No Returns Accepted. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. Products are perishable/natural in nature and hygiene/safety reasons prevent returns.

Refund Policy
No Refunds. Once an order is placed and processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the following cases:
- Wrong or defective product received (damaged packaging, incorrect item) – Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may replace the product (subject to availability) or issue refund at our discretion.
- Order not shipped/delayed beyond promised time – Full refund possible if canceled before dispatch.

In all other cases (change of mind, dislike taste, etc.), no refund or return will be processed.

Exceptions & Process
If eligible for replacement/refund (only wrong/defective cases):
1. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with order number, photos, and issue description.
2. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. Refunds (if approved) processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
